The Cell Leader Program

a non-degre program- level 2

The Purpose: to train cell leaders to develop cell groups in cross-cultural communities, using Houston, or any other world class city, as a cross-cultural setting.

The Academic Load: the Program it is structured in a total of 31academic credits. The on-site 14 credits can be taken in a 6- week period if the student chooses to do THE GLOCAL EXPERIENCE 1, or in an extended period of time, if he chooses to do THE GLOCAL EXPERIENCE 2. The on-site courses can be taken in any of the Touch Glocal Regional Training Centers (Houston, New Orleans, Virginia Beach). The requirements: cell leaders will be accepted sent by their church leadership, after submitting the application form and the required documentation for the application process.

The Program Description: the Cell Leader Program is designed to prepare cell leaders who will be able to mentor and develop their cell members and multiply their cells. They will be required to take the 100 Series Courses taught in a Cell Leader Level, plus all the 200 Series Courses. The applicants could apply to waive up to 3 credits (108; 109; 112) if they are sent by a cell based church and if they have been cell leaders at least for 1 year.
