11. REACHING STRANGERS THROUGH INTEREST (TARGET) GROUPS

12. ADVERTISING TO REACH THE TARGET GROUP POPULATION

13. LAUNCHING THE TARGET GROUP

Who is it for? Every person who has experienced leading an unbeliever to Christ is qualified to take this course. It is for "spiritual fathers" who are unafraid to reach God-rejecters.
